Job Summary:

Provides support services to employees and executives with technical problems and issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services from local employees and employees using network remote access. Provides timely resolution or escalation to appropriate technical personnel. Provides case status updates to management and end-users. Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures relating to IT support. Assists in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems. *This is an on-site 5 days a week role in Palo Alto, CA.*  

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Proven team player with an ability to work effectively across departments, sites, and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences (Executive team members).
  • Strong critical thinking, creative, innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against a schedule.
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-moving start-up environment.

The base annual salary range for this full-time role is between $42,500 to $88,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary across all US locations. Actual compensation may vary outside of this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications including relevant education and training, competencies, experience, geographic location, and business needs. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package. Full time roles are eligible for equity and benefits. Base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
