Moreover, Seeqc is starting a multi-years long R&D project: SuperGATE, in collaboration with different European universities and research institutes. The main objective of the project is to develop a new technology for superconducting logics with performances comparable with the one based on rapid single flux quantum (RFSQ), but that at the same time can also operate in conjunction with CMOS technology.

In this respect, we are offering a full-time, fixed-term position as IC designer engineer with highly competitive salary and company benefits. The role is based in Napoli, Italy, and our international presence means that there will be opportunities to travel.

About your role

You will work closely with our digital design and fabrication teams to perform circuit design including simulation, optimization, layout, verification of superconductor digital and mixed signal circuits. You will take advantage of your proficiency with computer-aided design tools and will exploit your experience with analog RF circuit design or high-speed digital circuit design to create advanced classical circuits and thence to develop innovative technological solutions that can revolutionize the field of both classical and quantum computation.

You will be actively involved in the European SuperGATE collaboration.
