What You’ll Accomplish

• Build a company brand and presence that inspires our partners on the potential of quantum and Universal Quantum’s approach
• Ensure UQ is everywhere our partners are, driving critical conversations across the quantum landscape (this includes government, industry, academia, and the community)
• Tell the stories about what makes us special
• Be the trusted voice of reason and reality, helping us build accessible content and campaigns infused with our expert knowledge

Requirements

1. Experience in bringing technical products and brands to life (product marketing)
2. Track record of executing marketing strategies across all areas of marketing
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment

Must-have Skills

• Strong values fit (e.g. ambitious yet humble, confident yet patient)

• 8+ years of experience in high-performing companies (ideally tech)
• Marketing generalist, with a spike on product marketing for technical B2B/B2G products
• Delivered high-profile and high-impact campaigns with measurable results
• Strategic leadership to inform go-to-market approach
• Intellectual curiosity combined with analytical horsepower

• Passion and curiosity for technology
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for others
• Able to roll up sleeves and act as an individual contributor, as well as a team builder
• Growth mindset

Nice-to-have Skills

• Built and led teams
• PhD in Quantum Physics ;)
