Qubit Pharmaceuticals works alongside biopharmas to transform the way drugs are developed by moving from approximation to prediction. Its platform allows the calculation of the absolute free binding energy of molecules with the highest accuracy. Thanks to HPC and cloud accelerations, Qubit Pharmaceuticals can perform calculations up to a million times faster than before, allowing them to find highly valuable compounds in large libraries with better chances of success than previous methods.

What you’ll be doing

Activity reporting

• Participate in the monthly closing of the entities (FR; US)

• Analyze the performance of the teams and the variances between budget and N-1

• Synthesize comments on the performance of companies

 

Financial steering

• Collect, analyze and synthesize budgetary data from the different teams

• Produce budget summary documents by major subject (Drug Discovery, R&D, IT, HR, CIR, etc.)

• Participate in the formalization of the company’s deliverables

• Participate in the development of the company’s forecast

 

Performance management

• Participate in the implementation of KPIs on key operational topics: Drug Discovery, R&D, Business Development, etc.

• Verification of the compliance of financial procedures: audit and budgetary certification of accounts

 

Data processing

• Participate in the optimization of management information systems and improve existing tools

Skills and experiences we are looking for

• You have a degree in Finance, Financial Control, Accounting,

• You have already dealt with subjects related to the research tax credit

• You are fluent in English and are able to work with the two entities of the company (FR - US)

• You are rigorous, organized and have a critical mind to analyze situations

• You are interested and use to data crunching

• You have a good ability to adapt, analyze and summarize
