We're looking for a passionate NPI Engineer to join our NPI team.

The NPI engineer will take part in all aspects of the product lifecycle from development to manufacturing and will be key in moving the company's production capabilities forward.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Industrial/ Electronics/ Mechanical engineer - mandatory.
  • Experience with transferring multidisciplinary products from development to mass production. Familiarity with electrical boards and mechanical parts production processes.
  • Experience with configuration management and implementation of engineering changes (ECOs). Familiarity with PLM system.
  • Familiarity with quality considerations of production lines.
  • Familiarity with Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Strong Execution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a role in moving newly developed products into mass production.
  • Managing configuration control activities. Lead ECOs implementation including production process enforcement.
  • Collect all quality data related to production and implement a plan for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the Safety and Environmental certification of new products.
  • Provide detailed assessments and critical Design for Manufacture (DFM) reviews.
